Admission & Enrollment

School aged students who are residents of Ohio living in a 50 mile radius of Lebanon, Ohio will be eligible to attend the Warren County Virtual Community School. Students wishing to attend must have completed the 8th grade or its equivalency. Students who desire to enroll in grade 12 and graduate from the WCVCS must be no older than 21 years of age at the time of enrollment. Should the need occur to restrict enrollment preference will be given to students of the Wayne Local School District and other Warren County residents.

Conditions for Admissions

1. All students must complete an Enrollment Application, a Student Income Form, an Emergency Medical Authorization form, and provide all necessary documentation.
2. Students must accept terms of the Acceptance Use Agreement.
3. All students and their parent(s) must abide by the Parent/Student Letter of Understanding found in the student handbook.
4. Students must also adhere to Student Code of Conduct and other regulations found in the student handbook.
5. Students that have been assigned High School Physical Education can request a physical education form by calling 695-2977, or by downloading one here.
